Welcome to Dr. Hinkel

Since 1700 we have been cultivating vines in Framersheim. We are constantly developing our winery and improving our quality without forgetting our roots.

We focus on what really matters: the wine. To that end, we avoid using insecticides, herbicides, and copper in the vineyard. We also operate a vegan winery and bottle our wines in used glass bottles when available. Authentic wines made by real people.
